OUR FACILITIES OFFER:

Large Paddocks

Turn-out paddocks include electric fencing with wooden posts and automatic waters.

Multiple Barns

Electricity access provided to allow for air conditioning or heated water buckets.

Large Ponds

Many pastures have ponds to provide water and a place for play and enrichment.

Feed & Forage Storage

Boarders are provided an area to keep their feed, hay, supplements, and care items.

24/7 Access

Boarders may access the property at any time.

EQUINE CARE:

Indoor Wash Rack

Lighted wash rack includes heated water and spray nozzle.

Outdoor Wash Rack

Includes a tie up and mats for comfortable bathing.

Shavings

Wood shavings are housed next to the main barn for easy access and sourced locally.

Waste Management

Multiple rakes and wheelbarrows provided.

HAVE FUN:

Indoor Arena

Well lit, well ventilated, indoor arena with automatic sprinkler system. Arena is dragged periodically for safety.

Outdoor Arena

Well lit outdoor arena that is dragged periodically for safety.

Round Pen

Located just outside the main barn with 2 entrances.

Riding Trails

The property boasts multiple trails for boarders to ride on.

Cattle Roping Equipment

Cattle shoot and a calf roping sled on-site.

Event Equipment

Includes wooden bridge, barrels, poles, and adjustable jumps.

ON-SITE CONVENIENCES:

Restroom

Single stall bathroom located at the main barn.

Lounge Area

Picnic table, swing, and benches under an awning.

Kitchenette

Includes sink and refrigerator-freezer combo.

Trailer Parking

Ample parking for all trailer sizes.
